3 cl Njord Ligalab Elderflower Liqueur
9 cl Fever-Tree Mexican Lime Soda
Half a dehydrated lime slice as garnish
1. Pour the liqueur and soda into a highball glass filled with ice.
2. Gently stir with a spoon.
3. Garnish with half a dehydrated lime.
Njord Ligalab Elderflower Liqueuris much more than an ordinary Elderflower liqueur. The liqueur contains intense extractions ofbanana, vanilla and mint, which support the delicate floral characterof the extracted elderflowers. It has a fresh acidity from lemons andlimes that balances the sweetness.
