This vermouth isawine made from Danish apples fortified with our gin Distilled Mother Nature. It is flavoured with a range of aromatic herbs such as wormwood, yarrow, blackberry leaves, St. John's wort, nutmeg and other elegant tasting botanicals. The vermouth has been barrel-aged in Burgundy barrels (previously for pinot noir red wine) for two years.
The result is a complex and intriguing drink which balances sweetness, bitterness and dryness. Enjoy it neat as an apéritif or as a component in a new take on a classic cocktail like a negroni.
This vermouth is created in Njord Ligalab (Liquid Gastronomy Laboratory).
