For a single drink:
1 cl Choya Umeshu (Extra Years)
0.5 cl Sake
2 cl Yuzu Syrup (or Lemon Syrup)
1 Barspoon Apple gastrique
- Add all ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake hard for approximately 15 seconds. Fine strain into a Coupe glass.
- Garnish with gold dust.
