This gin is based on local botanicals from ådalen where the festival northside has its epicenter. water mint, watercress and meadowsweet from Ådalen are lead singers together with juniper berries while botanicals as clementine and ginger play a role as the elegant backing band.
The distillate is made from organic wheat and barley malt, and the gin is diluted with 20% birch sap which gives a deep, slightly sweet and crisp backdrop for the botanicals. The result is a complexly tasting and delicious gin that stands out from the crowd. Neat, in cocktails or in gin & tonics.

The cocktail called Golden Nugget is created by Mari-Liis Lvov . The inspiration behind the Golden Nugget came from the cumin aroma in our gin, which reminded her of Indian cuisine and a warm Turkish drink made with milk, turmeric and honey.
