#9 Distilled Barrel-Aged EX RYE + NEW OAK EDITION: Distilled Mother Nature aged on a ex rye whisky cask from Stauning Whisky & on new French oak cask, 18 months. Bottled February 2021, 48% alc.


This blends gives a smooth taste of vanilla, coconut, banana and a hint of young rye notes. Mother Nature is subdued by notes from the new cask. (In stock - one batch 300 botles)

This beautifully blended edition is a combination of our different barrel aged gins. MOSTAPCHU means:
MOther Nature, STauning barrel, APple distillate, CHUfa edition.
Together, our Distilled Mother Nature with part apple distillate and our CHUFA EDITION balances the fresh and fruity notes from the apple with the creaminess from the chufa nuts and the smoky flavor from the Stauning Whisky barrel. (sold out)

#7 Distilled Barrel-Aged CHUFA EDITION, Aged on a peated whisky cask from Stauning Whisky, 1 year, bottled  May 2019, 48% alc.
Juniper berries and chufa nuts distilled with our organic wheat distillate. Creates a distinctive smoky aroma that is combined with a light creamy background from the chufa nuts. (a few left)
