The Njord Ligalab Elderflower Liqueur is much more than an ordinary elderflower liqueur. Our intense extractions of banana, vanilla and mint support the floral explosion from the extracted elderflowers, and a fresh acidity from lemons and limes balances the sugar sweetness.
The alcohol percentage at 20 comes from the crisp premium organic wheat distillate we use for the extractions.
The intense golden liquid is suitable for reinterpretations of classic drinks and cocktails where you would like to obtain even more taste complexity and a deep and long -lasting taste.
