Njord Ligalab Elderflower Liqueur is much more than an ordinary Elderflower liqueur. The liqueur contains intense extractions ofbanana, vanilla and mint, which support the delicate floral characterof the extracted elderflowers. It has a fresh acidity from lemons andlimes that balances the sweetness.
The alcohol strength of 20 comes from the crisp, organic andflavourful wheat distillate we use for the extractions.
