In this sparkling original Danish apples, sloe berries, juniper and other distinct botanicals are united in a new taste experience. We distill a gin and infuse it with sloe berries for months. At the same time apples are pressed and fermented. The apple wine and the sloe gin is then united and further fermented in bottles to create fresh and exquisite bubbles. Each bottle is hand-turned in champagne racks before degorgement.
We have named the result of this long journey "Sparkling Uniper".
