Our organic, classic style dry gin Distilled Cone And Core is heavily packed with coniferous taste from spruce needle, spruce cone and juniper cone (juniper berry is a cone). Together with apple pulp and core these elements create an intense liquid that balances a coniferous gin body with a fruity finish.
'Cone and Core' combines our crave for concentrated flavour with our commitment of sustainable distillation as we upcycle Danish normann christmas tree and aromatic leftover pulp and core from a Danish apple cidery.
