We have conjured up this barrel-aged Vermouth in our Liquid Gastronomy laboratory. The Ligalab Vermouth used in this video consists of apple cider fortified with our Distilled Mother Nature gin. Afterwards, it is barrel-aged in Pinot Noir casks for more than two years.
Here is a quick recipe, so you can make Gin & It at home.
You will need:
4 cl Mother Nature Gin
4 cl Vermouth
1 cl sugar syrup
1 Slice of lemon peel
1. Add Mother Nature, Vermouth and sugar syrup
2. Add ice and stir
3. Pour over ice
4. 1 Slice of lemon peel - Squeeze and drop it in
