The Njord GIN & IT cocktail consists of two main ingredients - Gin and Vermouth.
We have conjured up this barrel-aged Vermouth in our Liquid Gastronomy laboratory. The Ligalab Vermouth used in this video consists of apple cider fortified with our Distilled Mother Nature gin. Afterwards, it is barrel-aged in Pinot Noir casks for more than two years.

For a single drink:
4 cl Vermouth
1 cl sugar syrup
1 Slice of lemon peel
- Add Distilled Mother Nature gin, Vermouth and sugar syrup.
- Add ice and stir.
- Pour over ice in a glass.
- Squeeze a slice of lemon peel and drop it in the glass.
