The botanicals from the sea and the beach provide a deep, salty, green, peppery and umami-like dimension.

1,5 cl Noilly Prat (vermouth from the coast of Marseillan)
1 dash orange bitters
A lemon twist, for garnish
- Stir arctic cold in a mixing glass and double-strain to a chilled cocktail coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon twist: Squeeze it and drop it in.
