To accompany sea food, we love a Dry Martini based on our Distilled Sand And Sea. The gin is distilled with seaweed, sea beet, beach mustard and sea kale together with our potato and barley malt distillates. The botanicals from the sea and the beach provide a deep, salty, green, peppery and umami-like dimension.
For a Dry Martini you will need:
6 cl Sand And Sea
1,5 cl Noilly Prat (vermouth from the coast of Marseillan)
1 dash orange bitters
Stir arctic cold in a mixing glass and double-strain to a chilled cocktail coupe.
Garnish with a lemon twist: Squeeze it and drop it in.
